






Ruffynes Oast
Architect designed conversion of disused farm buildings and oast house carried out in 2009

In 2013 the owners purchased the rest of the oast house building which we converted, providing further bedrooms and living areas.
They also purchased the neighbouring barn which is now used as a wedding venue (Link below)

However, in 2022 the wedding barn suffered extreme storm damage when the barn was literally lifted and dropped by the wind but depsite extensive damage it managed to remain standing. We installed a bird cage scaffold to support the building while extensive repaire works were carried out.
As the building is listed as much of the original structure was kept, with replacement oak supports added.
